Mrs. Casey LeBlanc, Director
Flagship Cotillion is owned and directed by Casey LeBlanc. Casey was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. She and her family moved to Pascagoula, MS in June of 2020. She is married to Chris, a rotating equipment engineer for Chevron. They have three boys, Logan, Sam, and Max.
Casey is a certified wedding and event planner with over a decade of experience. In 2014, she was recognized in The Knot’s Best of Weddings as one of the best wedding planners. She was awarded the Hand In Hand Award by The Junior League of Midland, Inc. in 2018 for her work planning the organization’s main fundraiser, featuring Former President George W. Bush.
